JD:
Direct and manage operational teams
Escalation Management
Set and continually manage service and project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the teams
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Managing the transition phase of transferring the functional, technical and procedural knowledge for new and expanding services
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Strategy
Agree and define strategy of services with both internal and client stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management:
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Direct and manage Service Management initiatives and improvement plans
- Projects:
Direct and manage p (1.) P&L responsibility
Expansion of services to fill all gamut's of infrastructure-increase breadth.
Focus on project opportunities and transformation initiatives
ITIL process definitions and implementation
Automation in service delivery
