Your Role & Responsibilities :
We are searching for a Service Delivery Leader that has sound knowledge of operations/project management and wants to make a real impact on the Supply Chain process outsourcing industry. As a Service Delivery Leader, you will :
- Manage a team of Deputy Manager / Operations Managers / Sr. Operations Managers who are responsible for their teams performance in line with the service levels
- Liaise with HCL stakeholders such as Finance, Risk & compliance, PMO, Transformation HR, Recruitment to supply relevant information about business, address business concerns and design solutions
- Partner with other Delivery Leaders during new business acquisition processes
- Maintain excellent Client relationship with Clients based out of multiple Geos
- Ensure account profit margin and revenue targets are exceeded
- Create or develop the vision for business and anchor projects and efforts towards achieving them
- Proactively manage client escalations and ensure deliverables are processed within stipulated time
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission-specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process
- Responsible for maintaining the P&L of the process
- Accountable for planning team size, team structure & hiring pipeline
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements :
- Any bachelor degree with min 18+ years of experience in Supply chain and project management.
- Any SCM certification, Lean/Six sigma would be an added advantage
Desired Qualifications :
- Must have sound knowledge of operations/project management
- Must have demonstrated process improvements in past assignments
- Excellent team and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experienced in managing a technical services/support team
- Result oriented with great attention to detail
- Experience in a client facing role
- Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 process
- Knowledge of business cost and revenue reports
- Strong excel skills with the ability to analyze data, draw inferences and derive an action plan to improve process performance
- Must be able to show quantitative impact of various improvement initiatives
- Proactive in identifying issues and providing solution/devising an action plan to avoid or reduce impact on process performance
- Experience in working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Proactively drive closure on all client requirements
- Should have handled multicultural clients and excelled at it
