About Corporate Strategic Marketing :
- Corporate Strategic Marketing is responsible for driving growth of the company through differentiated propositions, positioning, thought leadership and creating compelling campaigns for most effective GTM strategies for HCL. The function also works towards enhancing the global brand and influencing stakeholders such as customers and analysts and is responsible for business strategy, brand marketing, PR, channel management, sales excellence and digital/community development. We focus on both creating mindshare and enhancing market share for the company.

We operate at the cutting-edge of both digital & physical channels. 21 Century Enterprise marketing team is a 1-year-old A-team, mandated to lead marketing strategy and execution for BEYONDigital, IoT WoRKS, Automation & Robotics and NextGen ITO.
Definition of Role :
- The Category Manager will be required to take complete ownership of Go-To-Market of the category through multiple brand campaigns across 360 media mix across AIDA stages
- She/He will be expected to operate cross-functionally to drive expansion of the category by creating and nurturing business opportunities
- By developing an in-depth understanding of the category, the manager will be expected to recommend key insights for HCL's way forward in the category
- The candidate should display entrepreneurial skills and instinct in undertaking high level strategic analysis and planning, together with development of innovative value propositions for customers
- She/He is expected to have experience at building client relationships, particularly at C-Level, senior management level, across complex organizations and dealing with many influencers within the decision making process.
- The role requires the ability to work in extremely high-pressure situations and on time-bound projects. Must be able to work with virtual teams across the world and lead / motivate them adopt brand strategies and be flexible to travelling for business
Primary Skills required :
- Good understanding & appreciation of brand and marketing concepts. Willing to learn on-the-go
- Strategic thought on concept creation, messaging, utilization of design principles, pitching, planning, analytical and quantitative aptitude
- Creative thinking and wide exposure to good marketing references
- Leadership and stakeholder management
- Collaborative as well as independent manager - flexible approach
- Excellent communication skills
