HCL - Senior Management Trainee - Strategic Initiatives

This position is with New Vistas of HCL

- Role requires the person to support and lead the various strategic initiatives of HCL's team focused on the next big wave of growth for HCL.

Functionally, there are 3 key aspects to the role :

Business Development :

- Support the acceleration of existing business momentum and work on building the new additional momentum in terms addressing the business gaps / white space in geographies, technologies and industry offerings. This is done via creative business models including the carve-outs and risk reward partnerships

Business Analysis :

- Market research and analysis, strategic recommendations based on management queries, business due diligence and thought leadership to identify and incubate new initiatives

Advisor led relationships :

- As Program Management Office (PMO), manage the relationship with high profile business advisors of HCL who support and advice HCL new vistas on its growth strategy and supplement the sales efforts of the team

Requirement :

- MBA with prior experience with an IT company,fresh MBA's from preimium colleges, 0-2 years in strategy roles, While experience is preferable, it is not constraint for a driven, high energy and results oriented person with a strong academic background
