- Account Management, Account Planning and Technology Sales in large Global Enterprises, experience of handling complex sales (USD 5-10M deals)
- Strong client expectation management and advisory skills in complex client organizations.
- Client engagements across Service lines/Business Groups to build opportunity pipeline.
- Accountability for hunting & farming - both up-sell and cross-sell.
- Consultative selling and big deal mindset and track record Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals.
- Negotiation and client management skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills in English Open to pick-up new cultural values and new way of doing business Ability to understand client requirements in Infra, Applications and Digital side and suggest solution.
- Experience with life sciences or pharma companies is preferred
