- Sales Transformation Manager will work closely on STO's strategic initiatives in the field of sales transformation focused towards Client Partners of our key accounts, benefiting the organization overall.
- He/she will be responsible for analysing/monitoring and governing the performance of key accounts and recommending corrective action
- He/She will be responsible for the overall performance of CP Accounts with respect to cross sell and revenue achievement
Responsibility -
- To research and design the end to end program
- To provide focus and direction to the program delivery for meeting the strategic intent and satisfaction of the stakeholders
- To focus on relationship management with the stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery
- To lead, develop and engage the next line for enhanced productivity on the job.
- To get involved in business development support
EDUCATION :
- Bachelor equivalent: B.E/B.Tech
- Master equivalent: MBA from a premier B-School, preferably in strategy (either as major or minor course)
