Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of book to bill including various business metrics like P&L, Pipeline, Order Book, Headcount, Attrition and others
- Manage data to ensure availability and accuracy
- Work with multiple teams / stakeholders to gather necessary insights
- Leverage Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Work with large sets of data and establish scalable and accurate analytics systems across several applications
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality- ability to identify patterns and recognize trends.
- Selects, recommends and applies appropriate analytic and statistical methodologies and techniques to execute against plan/objectives.
- Communicating business trends using reports and optimizing reports and business requirement focus.
- Facilitate meetings; track tasks and status; track roadblocks and issues; raise risks;
- Identify and develop key metrics, enhance reporting and formulate areas of analytic focus to better capture and manage the business performance.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Experience to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement and automation opportunities
- Should have extensive experience with Sales forecasting, reporting MS & BI tools.
- Exceptional communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with teams.
Education & Experience Required
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Operations (any field) or Engineering (any field) + MBA or CA having experience in financial and business planning.
- 12-18 years of experience in operations roles and organizations (sales operations)
- Understanding of planning, Business Finance and PM practices
- Good communication skills and advanced internal/external relationship management skills
- Project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies that impact the organization
- Excellent leadership skills including team building and conflict resolution and management
