About the Recruitment Marketing Manager Role

Marketing manager at recruitment marketing team will be responsible for creating go to market strategies for this employee value proposition. The role requires for the manager to influence following key stakeholder through the employer brand and related campaigns: Active & Passive Talent, employees, customers, analysts and media. You will be working closely with the senior leadership in evangelising HCL's employer brand to these stakeholders. This will give you the opportunity to partner closely with HR leadership to launch and sustain campaigns that drive the positioning of HCL's employer value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Position HCL Technologies as an employer of choice - world's largest ideapreneurshipTM
- Strategize and execute to deliver on the brand promise - license to ideate
- Run ATL and BTL campaigns using digital and traditional media channels to create the desired impact.
- Impact talent sourcing mix, candidate experience, partner influence and engagement, geo marketing to attract talent by using the employer brand to position HCL as an employer of choice.
- Work closely with sales team to position culture as key differentiator, work on standard responses for RFPs on culture axis.

- Demonstrate innovative and creative approach to find solution for complex problems
- Ability to back statements with strong research findings and data
- Ability to lead and work with teams across functions, regions and organizations
- Ability to build relationships with senior management and individuals within and outside the organization
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations on time-bound projects with multiple tasks
- Prior experience in Marketing is a must with preference to employer brand experience
