Develop project management methodologies to develop and execute project plans including - work plans, schedules, milestones, critical paths, project scope

Demonstrated track record of delivering large, high-quality products on time in a fast-paced start-up environment, with many stakeholders

Responsible for deliverables, monitoring, communicating statuses & issues and financial management of projects

Obtains/ manages / reallocates resources to meet necessary goals

Plans, monitors, and tracks delivery of quality control and takes corrective action as appropriate

Communicates project information to all project team members, sponsors, and partners, as appropriate.

Reviews, assesses and communicates quality assurance plan to team members, sponsors, and partn

(1.) To manage all operational requirements of the account and liaise with enabling teams to ensure timely execution and closure of the action items

(2.) To be custodian of all account related data and maintain central repository of the same

(3.) To drive compliance to BPR applications and participate in BPR process change requirements

(4.) To lead| manage and develop the PMO team

(5.) To participate in reviews and collaborate with business heads| Finance and HR for budget and resource forecasting

(6.) To track the accounts for project profitability| KPPs and other action items and manage escalations in project support activities
