Must have handled client management, transition, transformation and migration of projects

Must have managed program budgets of up to US $ 100 Million.

Understanding of contracts and bid management through to development of SOW's highly desirable.

Manages conflict constructively, can identify areas of improvement in team thinking.

Should have been managing a team of project Managers

Should have good analytical skills and eyes of detail, assess risk thoroughly and understands cause & effect systems.

Mandatory Soft Skills with level of competence, Ownership and accountability

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills written and oral

Responsible for creation of transition strategy, plan using ASSET and get customer buy-in.

Defines roles, responsibilities and expectations of all stakeholders during and after the transition;

Directly owns the transition end to end - timelines, CSAT, cost and scope

Transparently reports progress / status of transition;

Ties all lose ends with reference to readiness to transition by reviewing infrastructure readiness, resource readiness, knowledge capture mechanisms, process of delivery and its supervision;

Softens the impact of transition to the end user;

Prepares and administers transition checklist especially on key customizations and based on transaction volume / criticality;

Successful knowledge transition to the steady state team;

Aware of cultural and other nuances affecting transition success;

Optimizes on the cost and risks of transition through explicit actions;

Lays down the structure, governance and communication during and after the transition
