Job Title – Program Manager (Software Implementation / EU Financial Services Client)
Level – E4
Roles and responsibilities
1. Plan and coordinate software implementation, client management, collecting and evaluating program data and provide input for continuous program improvement
2. Act as primary owner for all implementation related activities from the client and liaise with internal (PMO, transition, software solutions & delivery, operations) and external stakeholders (client, consulting partners) to ensure effective issue resolution
3. Own resource management, highlight and mitigate risks, ensure compliance management, implementation related documentation and internal/client communication
Skills, competencies -
1. Experience in program managing software implementations in large financial services companies, preferably EU based and banks
2. Experience in financial services (banking preferred) compliance, security and risk management, assumption identification and shaping program governance
3. PMI certifications/PRINCE, security certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, SAS 70 etc), compliance standards exposure would be added advantages
4. Experience in client interaction and status reporting, documentation
5. Strength in articulating (written and verbally) proposals, outcomes and key benefits focusing on value to the client
6. Experience working with multiple client teams/partners/groups spread across multiple GEOs
7. Comfortable with Java/JSP/J2EE, SQL and be able to relate the business and/or technical value proposition of the business requirements.

- Overall experience – 10+ years
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred
