Qualification - CA/MBA/CWA
Experience 12 years +
JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure smooth Process Operations and carry out the Management's Directive, Resolving Operational Challenges and to achieve Organization's Objectives by bringing Optimal Solutions. Lead the team by reviewing and recommending measures for continuous improvement in Business Process and related Internal controls
JOB NARRATIVE:
Role in the Process -
- Responsibility of managing the process to ensure it works well as back office support for business
- Implementation & execution of corporate strategy decided by the Leadership and Senior Management
- To proactively manage the risk framework for the organization inherent in the FSS process.
- Executing resource management processes
- Maintaining knowledge of practitioner skills, goals, and preferences
- Develop and maintain a team culture of high performance, high efficiency, high quality work product, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service
- Develop focused, efficient & effective operational processes with help from technology/ automation
- To measure functional performance against gold standard benchmarks to identify improvement areas
- Handling of critical escalations and to discuss significant audit finding with remedial action plans
- Carry out tasks as assigned by management from time to time
- Key parameters on which the success of the job will get measured:
- Qualitative improvement in processes
- Improvement in efficiency
- Effectiveness of processes in terms of accuracy, timeliness and ownership

1. Build and maintain a relationship with key stakeholders both within Finance and the business operations. 30%
2. Continue to drive productivity improvement for cost optimization effective budgeting and control 20%
3. Reduced errors in processing 10%

6. Drive Team with Motivation and provide necessary support for success. 10%
