Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- Participate in CXO level discussions
- Responding to RFP's / RFI's / RFQ's as a solution architect as part of pre-sales process
- Participate in due diligence meetings with customer to gather more information on proposal/information request and environment.
- Architect winning techno-commercial solution as part of the pre-sales process.
Prepare -
- Proposal documents including proposals, pricing sheet, solution presentations against RFPs/RFIs
- Contractual documents such as Statement of Work, Resource Unit Definitions etc.
- Understanding new data technologies/products and position them in relevant solution proposal
- Keep himself/herself up-to-date with latest products features, licensing, architecture and price
- Defend end-to-end solution in front of customers/internal stakeholders
- Working closely alongside other technology owners for optimal solution design in-line with the overall proposed solution.
- Work with OEM / Partners to ensure an appropriate solution is proposed during Presales Cycle
Knowledge & Experience :
- Strong Knowledge and Work Experience in Infrastructure Domains Data-Center, Network, Security, Service Desk, Work - Place services at least 2-3 domains
- Demonstrate ownership and coordination for the appropriate solution and cost estimation to effectively address client stated service requirements and service levels and ensure an integrated technical solution is built in accordance with service line strategy
- Broad knowledge across multiple technology areas and be cognizant of the emerging technologies under the gamut of infrastructure management to arrive at compelling technology and business solutions.
- Size and cost the service components using consistent assumptions and exclusions and to provide cost input into the overall cost model.
- Knowledge of pricing approaches in the marketplace
- Minimum of 2-3 years Solution Architecting Experience in Infra Services
- Experience in Global Infrastructure outsourcing opportunities
- Broad understanding of the financial construct with the ability to create thorough and complete cost model with required approvals
- Experience in Bid management for large Infrastructure deals
