- Bid Management Understanding - Should work with the extended team to adhere to the robust HCL Bid Management process
- Interact with relevant stakeholders to achieve all required steps and approvals in order to meet strict and tight client deadlines
- Proposal Development: Capability to produce high quality proposals
- Excellent Writing and Comprehension skills; Ownership of deliverables;
- An Appreciation of Outsourcing, Technology, Managed Services and Global Delivery Model
- Strong inter-disciplinary coordination skills
- Should be able to quickly understand all key nuances of the strategic accounts.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Strong presentation skills
- Sound strategic and analytical thinker
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical skills, with the ability to read large amounts of information in a short time
- A team player with good inter-personal skills
