Candidates with at least 5-8 years of total work experience at least 4 years of experience in pre-sales and business development in Banking & Financial services BPO.
The roles and responsibilities will include supporting the sales cycle on an end to end basis. This will include:
- Participating and/or leading the RFI/RFP/proactive proposal development process which includes presenting capabilities, experience, solutioning and pricing. This would involve working with different Sales teams across different Time Zones.
- Acting as an Intermediary between Front End Sales Team and Delivery and support Organization. Being a critical link between front end sales teams and delivery organizations especially while solutioning for a proposal / proactive new business opportunity
- Preparing and maintaining collateral for the sales teams (brochures, white papers, presentations)
- Building business cases and engaging on projects/strategic initiatives that build a value proposition for the client
- End to End Responsibility for managing customer visits. This involves client interaction & hospitality, liaison with the Delivery Teams, preparation & delivery of presentations.
- Participate in due diligence / discovery activities depending upon the business requirement.
- Evaluate and recommend potential alliances and partnerships
Skills Required:
- Good Understanding of BFS BPO Processes
- Ability to work in fast paced environment under aggressive timelines /deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong Communication skills - able to express requirements and extract the same from different teams
- Pleasant Personality & Ability to engage well with International clients
- Strong Selling Skills & Effective Presentation & MS Office Skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel – domestic and international
Experience:
- Prior experience in Banking & Financial services BPO – Retail / Commercial / Corporate / Investment banking is a must.
- Prior experience in Banking & Financial services BPO - Commercial / Corporate / Investment banking will be preferred.
- Experience in working in similar roles with leading BPOs would be preferred
- Experience in leading small to large size deals
