- Compensation Planning & Budgeting
- Conducting /Analysing Industry Benchmark Surveys
- Reviewing and designing Compensation and benefits structure
- Developing year-end merit increase matrix
- Designing & Implementing Incentive Schemes
- Regular Review & Designing of C&B Policies, Practices and Processes against Internal & External benchmarks.
- Managing implementation of C&B programs and processes, ensuring compliance to schedules, structures and processes.
Mobility
- Decide on the most effective compensation model under which employees can be deputed to various countries .
- Closely work with various internal stake holders like Taxation , GEO EHS , ISG , Finance and GEO HR on the appropriate deployment of resources through our own entity or partners.
- Expat compensation grid along with comp structure (includes skill allowances). Updation of the Grid from time to time to meet MSL \ Immigration norms
- Ensure compliance to treaties between countries, like Double Taxation and Totalization of Social Security Benefits and local legislations for new and existing countries.
- Work on new entity creations in the given region on compensation models, Benefit and policy rollout.
- Validation of various Templates Offer, Secondment and Fixed term letter in the GEO’s.
- Benefits for expats as applicable ( housing , conveyance , children schooling etc).
- Working at Expat COLA \ Gross to Net calculator.
- Relocation Benefits and policy associated with it.
