JD :

- Total 8 to 12 years of experience, out of which at least 6 years in managing & delivering projects independently.

- 4-5 years of experience in technical stream on any of Data Center, Applications Development, EUC, Tools or Networks/ Security

- Experience in managing diverse and multiple cross functional teams of size up to 20-30 individuals and have a responsibility which includes ensuring customer satisfaction and managing stakeholders expectations with resource planning and efficient resource utilization.

- Should have managed Projects of various scales up to $20-50 Million dollars with understanding of Contracts, budget management, and bid management through to development of SOW is highly desirable.Proficient with Project Management Tools including MS Project, and MS Office Suite

- Experience in Onsite Project management will be an added advantage

- An experienced Project Manager with direct responsibility for managing a given large scale project

- Define and monitor project scope

- Plan and supervise activities for multiple, large-scale projects.

- Set and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas engaged on the project.

- Initiate and lead project planning activities such as Scope Definition and Management, Stakeholder Identification and matrix Human Resource Management, Risk & Issues Management, Communication Management, etc.

- Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring.

- Control, track and report on project performance.

- Conducting regular team status meetings.

- Executing and updating management plans as necessary.

- Resolving and documenting issues.

- Coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies.

- Build and execute on comprehensive training plans to ensure support group readiness for implementation.

- Coordinate meetings, as needed, to initiate working sessions, resolve project issues, etc.

- Promote continuous improvement by conducting, documenting, and communicating lessons learned.
