HCL - Mid/Senior Level - Legal Professional - Contracts - LLB

Exciting opportunity for Legal Professionals from IT Sector to be a part of HCL's Commercial Contracts Group.

Hiring for Mid to Senior Professionals for below role:

- Identifying contractual, commercial and operational risks and exposures in the contracts;

- Providing inputs/mark-up on contracts to negate contractual, commercial and operational risks and exposures;

- Working with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate and finalize agreements, letters of intent, commercial proposals, etc.;

- Providing legal support for ongoing contract management related activities.

- Working in close coordination with external legal counsel.

- Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels and advisors during the entire contracting process.

Skills Required:

Qualification: LLB

Experience: Min 6 years in Contract Management role

Location: Either Noida OR Chennai (We are flexible for both locations)

Industry Preference: IT Sector
