Roles and Responsibilities :
- Help in growing HCL brand in marketplace with key stakeholders
- Create relevant content while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to further the brand in defined geographies
- Establish metrics to measure and keep a tab on the brand performance on a periodic basis
- Create strategic insight documents through analysis of business, industry and market trends, competitor's analysis, etc.
- Act as the mediator and work with key stakeholders within the organization to drive various campaigns
- Understand the HCLs Global brand and absorb key messages to build the value proposition for defined geography
- Partner with all appropriate departments including Global Marketing, Internal Communication, Business, HR to accomplish goals and execute strategy
- Set goals in collaboration with key stakeholders and manage brand awareness activities in collaboration with business team
- Work through technical challenges (multiple feeds, etc.) to resolve issues
- Test, pilot and implement new programs and integrated marketing campaigns that deliver value to brand
- Vendor management experience involved in PR, Media, Brand and graphic designing partners, event management companies and advertising agencies
Required Skills :
- Good communication skills with content marketing background
- Good market intelligence, analytical skills
- Thoroughbred marketing experience preferred, well versed with terminologies preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point presentation
- Post Graduate with Marketing-Organized, efficient, flexible and versatile team player who work hard, excels in any environment and get consistent result
- Mix of proactive and reactive responsibilities, requiring outstanding time-management skills, attention to details and end-to-end process
