Job Description :
- Strong skills on risk management and contract management
- Performing category wise Spend Analysis and identifying opportunities for cost saving
- Preparing business case decks for spend proposals
- Analyzing Demand through analytics and understanding of business
- Driving Global RFPs for vendor consolidation
- Performing Market Intelligence - Collecting and evaluating information about potential suppliers
- Identifying, evaluating and finalizing partners for HR & Training requirements
- Negotiating and finalizing Contract Terms with vendors
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for contract finalization and release
- Interfacing with vendors and internal stakeholders for effective implementation of contracts
- Costing and Price negotiation and finalization with vendors
- Tracking and recording the actual costs and carry out gap analysis with action plans for improvement and conducting a comparative analysis on supplier prices
- Maintaining database of vendors, rate cards, commercial models and templates, contract documents, spend reports, savings trackers etc.
- Helping drive ongoing process improvement by working closely with various stakeholders/ functions
- Reviewing and evaluates the performance of the supplier
- Able to manage a multitude of projects simultaneously
Skills Required :
- Excellent Negotiation and analytical skills
- Communications skills
- Good MIS, Excel and PPT creation skills
- Ability to handle conflict management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability/capability in driving market intelligence and working on various cost models like TCO, ROI etc.
- Deeper understanding on Spend and savings management
- Good Skills bringing different innovative thoughts / value engineering / strategic thinking to drive cost / process efficiency
