Position: Manager- Compliance

Location: Noida

Profile:

1. Handled regulatory compliance function in MNC set-up.

2. Experience in opening & closing foreign entities, drafting & review of company policies, advising HR & Immigration team on labor matters independently.

3. Experience in conducting Compliance audit, internal investigations & submitting report for top management.

Qualification: LLB (from reputed college/ university) + CS

Should have handled regulatory compliance function in MNC set-up.

Fluent spoken and written English, expert in MS Word, Power Point and Excel.

Should have experience in Global Compliances.

Exposure to Internal Audit will be an added advantage.

IT Industry preferred.
