Role requirement:
- Managing grievances raised through our internal redressal channels.
- Working with multiple stake holders to ensure resolution
- Ensuring proper documentation and reporting as per the business needs
- Conduct necessary training on creating positive work environment
Expected competency:
- Prior experience in grievance management
- Legal background will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills ( written and spoken)
- Relationship management
Skills required:
- Problem solvers
- Safe Work place practices
- Educators and communicators.
- Well versed in Disciplinary policy and practice
- Well versed in Grievance policy and practice
