Key Responsibilities :

Content Planning & Strategy : In partnership with the Business Marketing team, you will define and develop the content for the BU. You will be responsible for ideation of the message / digital campaign, the business case development and proof of concept of key content marketing programs

Content Generation for Web and Social : Manage digital content across channels - website and social media for the BU you own. As the content marketing lead for the BU, you will be responsible for ensuring that relevant messages from your business are highlighted to the target audience. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across channels and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement.

Campaign Creation and Management : Plan, create and execute organic and inorganic digital campaigns across content forms and channels. Devise social content calendar to create impact across all social channels. Should have fair understanding of SEO understanding, content categorization, content development, distribution and measurement.

Stakeholder Management : You will interact with senior leaders in marketing as well as business units and are expected to come up with ideas to utilize content and channels to promote HCL offerings. In addition to this, you will educate stakeholders on content best practices for maximizing RoI from marketing investments.

Marketing Analytics and Measurement : Analyze key web metrics using cloud based tools and make recommendations based on results for maximum web based leads.

Consistent Global Brand and Content Experience : Ensure content is consistent in terms of brand, style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels including online, social media, video and website

Agency Management (Creative, Web Engineering & SEO) :

- Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

- Any graduate, preferably engineering, with very strong written and spoken English skills. An MBA with Marketing specialization is a plus, but is not a must for candidates with relevant experience.

- Preferably from an IT/Software/B2B background, with exposure to international markets

- Experience in creating outstanding content for the web and social media. Eye for detail with strong editing, writing, and proof-reading skills

- Ability to analyze content performance across digital channels and make changes to optimize performance

Project management skills : Manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment and focus on results in the form of engagement and leads

- Experience in management of tasks using in-house / outsourced content teams will be a plus

- Excellent communications skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
