Role and Responsibilities

- Develops and delivers leadership, business excellence, and productivity training requirements through needs and gap analysis, vendor product reviews and other benchmarking.

- Applies practical approaches to training requirements that cost-effectively uses internal resources, online/virtual and vendor/industry benchmark courseware.

- Develops and administers training skills assessments, as required.

- Keeps abreast of relevant training and development courseware, virtual learning content, methods, and techniques.

- Supports Organizational Effectiveness (OE) activities of business through supporting career development strategy, succession planning processes and integration of development planning into performance management processes.

- Helps develop and deliver process for new leader on-boarding which includes behavioral and competency awareness and development.

- Supports the development and implementation of in-house or vendor-based leadership training programs

- Delivers against the Business & Leadership training plan with prioritized requirements, program timelines and the annual program budget

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field and minimum 10 years training delivery experience

- Previous training design and delivery experience in a service oriented or high tech business is required

- Demonstrated history of developing and implementing training on time, under budget with high customer satisfaction ratings

- Proficient in certain training development tools is a plus

- Certification as Leadership trainer from renowned institutes

- Excellent coaching/counseling skills

- Strong experience in behavioral training

- Strong experience in facilitating training sessions

- Strong people and program management.

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- High client credibility

- Excellent project management/organization skills
