- As a PMO, you will be responsible for managing critical supporting tracks of a larger project, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines.
These individual tracks may focus across:
- People Onboarding - Multi-location Hiring and Tracking and Reporting
- IT Access Enablement - Track individual IT/ Application access enablement and Reporting
- Support Training Logistics and status tracking
- Managing Project Deliverable Repository across project tracks working with key stakeholders
- Consolidating presentation decks to support Governance Reviews with Project leadership. Maintaining action items and MoM
- Keeping Master Project Plan updated on completion status of WBS activities and any revision to baselined dates.
- Participate in governance reviews with Delivery and Transition Leads / stakeholders.
Skills and Experience :
- At least 4-6 Years' experience in a similar PMO role
- Advanced skills on Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to effectively track and work with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Capability to work with teams that are geographically dispersed and across time zones
- Proven teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence individuals without a formal hierarchical relationship.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Transition for Telecom clients - Order fulfilment, project coordination, Provisioning, CXP, B2B. Any Business process transitions - but not technical transitions
