Inside Sales:
- HCL ERS practice requires an Inside Sales person to work out of Noida. This person would be required to handle the US/Europe market for Enterprise research services. The Inside Sales representative will work cooperatively with the Account managers in US/Europe to develop business.
- The Inside Sales representative would be required to meet internal targets on Cold calling, Developing customer contacts and relationships and setting up meetings in opportunity areas. This person will also run DM campaigns either directly or for specific events. This person would have to work during US/Europe hours.
Job Duties:
- Generate new leads and opportunities for the ERS.
- Research target companies and generate contact lists.
- Pitch to Prospects/Customers on various Service lines of HCL ERS group.
- Educate customers / Prospects on HCL brand and HCL services.
- Carry call targets, Meeting targets, Opportunity Targets, RFX targets and finally closure targets.
- Run event and in house campaigns from time to time.
- Regularly update information on HCL services in ERS.
- Follow up aggressively with prospects/ Customers to close business.
- Present a professional image at all times to Prospects/Customers.
- Maintain Proficiency in using personal computers, data entry and other common office equipment and software.
- Drive customer traffic to events, online HCL websites etc.
- Support customer recruitment during specific webinars etc.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
- Work with SME / Solutions group to present solutions to customers. Engage the SME and generate the right presentations to the customers.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 4- 6 Years
- US/UK Shift
- Effective listening, Communication (Verbal and Written) and good Phone skills
- Knowledge of Company Services
- Professional Demeanor
- Able to handle customer objections with diplomacy and tact
- Able to work independently with some direction.
- Should have experience of Service Industry/International Sales
- Education: Graduate degree, any sales or MBA certification preferable but not necessary, Some software background would be a good plus.
