This position is with Consumer Distribution Business of HCL Infosystems Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for managing complete mobile devices & Gears distribution Business for East region which comprises of states of Orissa, West Bengal and North East . The role will include :
- Business Management & Profitability
- Owner of Complete Revenue Targets for the Zone for Devices (Nokia handsets) and Gears (Mobile accessories) business - General Trade & Organized Trade
- Responsible for overall Zone Business Planning & Execution
- Responsible to identify, grow and manage distribution Infrastructure.
- Responsible for Zone sales forecast.
- Engage with all Principal & Channel Partners to create Zone synergy
- Engage in planning & actionable to improve Market Share - quarter on quarter
- Responsible for Retail Channel level growth & achieving expected Product Category contribution
- Ensuring successful launch & execution of New Product and New Activity Initiatives in Zone
- Complete ownership of all Business Systems & Processes for Zone
- Responsible for cost optimization.
- Planning to improve winning ratio and timely BR collections.
- Responsible for driving business through effective sales management with Channel Hygiene
- Leverage all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Work in collaboration with other functional Heads.
- Competition assessment and business direction.
- Customer Management
- Building high level engagement & articulate company vision to client's top management.
- Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems, account conflict and participates in important negotiations with key customers.
- People Management & development
- Enable competency development and capability building within the Organization.
- Responsible for performance management of the team.
- Responsible for encouraging a culture of rewards & recognition hence fostering better employee engagement & employee motivation.
- Responsible for manpower planning, selecting and retaining talent.
