Role & Responsibilities :
- Achieving Quarterly and yearly target as per business and organization's goals. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning to achieve the targets.
- Understand client's org set up, LOB, Present and future IT requirements, purchase process, payment process, functions of key personnel, IT set up and possible Competition at account.
- Adding new logos.
- Increase wallet share within existing accounts/clients maximizing of service mix with new accounts.Manage one single large account (Group of Companies) in region
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationship by leveraging networks
- Develops relationships with HCL Partners so as to increase the Partner Business of HCL
Skill required :
- Strong Exposure into services offerings, sales & IT market & proven track record.
- Experience in selling IT Infrastructure services, IMS, Managed services, System integration services like storage, server, cloud, networking etc.
- Experience in Strategic Account & Solution Selling
- Possess Commercial and Sales Acumen
