Key deliverables of the role are
1. Business planning and Analysis- Formulate & design channel sales strategy, operational plan for different clients in India geography
2. Mobile & IT Industry market Analysis along with competition Benchmarking. Creating reports on a monthly basis.
3. Formulate Customer acquisition pitches for business expansion
4. Work on SBU Strategy, Annual operating plans, Channel planning for existing & new channels & brands
5. Financial & P & L understanding & analysis. Preparing monthly and quarterly reports
6. Drive market hygiene and automation at PAN India level- Automation & other IT tool usage, KPI management for consumer Distribution business towards establishing partner connect and principle engagement
7. KPI management for sales operations
8. End to end RFP/RFQ management with market analysis, business case formulation with business projections.
9. Periodic Business Reporting with respect to Financials, Operations & Business Development to senior Management
