Roles & Responsibilities

- Contracted promises made to clients are delivered on-time within budget

- Actively cultivate practices that support the company vision of connected brands and relates to day-to-day operations

- Business plan objectives are managed through the delivery team

- Delivery plans are in place for every client

- Build relation and Proactively engage with clients to address problems and identify opportunities for increasing client satisfaction

- Manage delivery teams to performance management goals - Ensure efficient operations, systems and procedures in place that the delivery team is appropriately resourced and they understand how project relates to them and their role
