- Manages, verifies and reports on the teams adherence to customer's requirements for various technologies as defined in the applicable service levels.
- Verify whether the technical solutions or changes have the appropriate level of monitoring and measurement in place to achieve end-to-end service monitoring to support Customer's requirements for Infrastructure Management as defined in the applicable service levels.
- Review the technical performance against the jointly designed Infrastructure plans and recommending remedial actions for process deviations.
- Ensure all requests for change are reviewed correctly and assessed for impact on the Infrastructure and verify that the specification of any proposed changes are capable of meeting all reliability, maintainability and serviceability requirements and agreed service levels.
- Supports the investigation of major incidents and the root cause analyse of those attributed to capacity
- Helps build and maintain documentation.
