Operations Management: Head Delivery of Data Management Services

Business Development: SPOC for Business Develeopment Initiative related to Data Management Services

- Delivery & Service level Management

- Client Relationship Management

- RFx & Pro-active proposal (DMS) Management

- Responsible for all RFx & Proactive proposals in Data Management Services Space

- Account Mining: Responsible for extending Data Management Services to HCLT & Axon Accounts

- Co-ordination with Sales team for driving new projects in DMS

- Guide in preparing collaterals & capability presentations

- To review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Account Maps, Process Manual etc.,"

- Customised sales pitch creation & value proposition identification

- Act as domian expert in solution achitecture for business cases in DMS

- Ensure performance results are in accordance with SLA's, key measures and the operating plans.

- Collabarative with on-site liason, team leaders and service management team to improve procedures to deliver high quality services.

- Monitor & evaluate the performance of the team in all areas, including positive recognition & rewards, addressing individual performance improvements and identifying training gaps or needs.

- Assisst team members to resolve problems and / or escalate issues to deliver integrated leadership if appropriate.

- 10+ yrs of experience in ares related to data management

- Any graduate / post graduate

- Any certification in DMS

- Data Codification - UNSPC/EAN

- HTS Classification

- Master Data Maintenance - Customer/Vendor/Item Master

- Data Harmonization & Enrichment

- ERP Data Migration Support (including Transformation of ETL-Extract+Tranform+Load)

- EDI Error/Failure Fixing
