Group Manager/Senior Manager - Procurement (Non-IT)

Inviting applications for below 3 positions in Procurement team (Non-IT) :

- Handling sourcing of categories of professional services, including HR Services and Training.

- Handling sourcing of categories of Admin related sourcing / construction / facility management

- Handling sourcing of categories of Travel category

Skills :

- Strong skills on risk management and contract management

- Performing category wise Spend Analysis and identifying opportunities for cost saving

- Preparing business case decks for spend proposals

- Analyzing Demand through analytics and understanding of business

- Driving Global RFPs for vendor consolidation

- Performing Market Intelligence - Collecting and evaluating information about potential suppliers

- Identifying, evaluating and finalizing partners for HR & Training requirements

- Negotiating and finalizing Contract Terms with vendors

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for contract finalization and release

- Interfacing with vendors and internal stakeholders for effective implementation of contracts

- Costing and Price negotiation and finalization with vendors

- Tracking and recording the actual costs and carry out gap analysis with action plans for improvement and conducting a comparative analysis on supplier prices

- Maintaining database of vendors, rate cards, commercial models and templates, contract documents, spend reports, savings trackers etc.

- Helping drive ongoing process improvement by working closely with various stakeholders/ functions

- Reviewing and evaluates the performance of the supplier

- Able to manage a multitude of projects simultaneously

Soft skills :

- ERP Skills, Ariba or e-procurement

- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques

- Strong negotiations skills and Market bench-marking

- Team player and ability to handle team

- Strong supplier knowledge and third party management

- Aptitude in decision making and working with large spend

- Strong analytical and MIS skills

- Strong leadership capabilities

Qualification :

- B.Sc / BA from a reputed institute, Plus MBA

- B.Tech, MBA will be additional advantage
