- To create a funnel of new business opportunities from the current account(s) by showcasing HCL end-to-end service capabilities (40%)
- To maintain and sustain relationship with customer contacts. (20%)
- To prospect the assigned territory for new business(20%)
- To oversee commercial aspects (revenue| margins| receivables) for the current account.(10%)
- To track, manage and ensure that delivery escalations are closed appropriately.(10%)
- India SEMI sales has great potential with Customers like AMAT and LAM being in India
