Skills:

- Hands on agile - Scrum, XP, Kanban

- Should have worked in agile projects

- Hands on practices like Continuous Integration, TDD (Test Driven development)

- Knowledge of DevOps

- Hands on technically – technologies like Java , .Net

- Excellent communication skills

Job description:

- Will be part of the agile center of excellence in HCL whose charter is to mature the agile practice in the organisation

- Will be responsible to coach / mentor teams transitioning to agile

- Will have to coach teams on XP practices like Continuous integration , TDD , etc

- Will be responsible to train teams on agile techniques

- Will have to convince clients on agile capabilities and support client discussions and workshops

- Drive down the agile culture in teams

- Will have to research on latest trends, publish whitepapers
