- Validation of the filled in Bain Template for Bid Qualification
- Establishing the Most Effective Bid Team and acting as Central Command and controller of the Campaign
- Socialize and agree on the Bid governance team with Sales and delivery
- Ensure win strategy and win themes are established at the start of the bid and agreed through a formal Blue Review session with bid governance team.
- Review and validate the activities of the Bid Manager and course correction, if required
- Defining the Integrated solution strategy for Transition and Steady State aligned to MaSCoT
- Participate along with ASM CoE and delivery on estimation
- Establishing Commercial Deal construct and validate this with the Deal Principal
- Occasionally, doubling as Client Partner in Campaign
- Review critical sections of the RFP including Executive Summary, Technical Solution, Transition Plan and Commercials
- Ensure Red Review is done well in advance of bid submission so that inputs can be incorporated
- Discuss and establish a strategy for Bid defense
- Identify the SMEs to be part of the defense team
- Do dry runs and ensure the right messaging is going to the customer
- Lead the Proposal defense and face off with the customer along with track leads
- Prepare Visit Strategy
- Ensure that visit agenda is aligned to win themes
- Ensures right messaging for the customer
- Run dry runs together with key Sales and Delivery leadership
- Defining the Overall DD Strategy
- Select the right team for DD
- Review the DD plan with senior management
- Lead the DD exercise and face off with the customer
- Give inputs to the DD report - Creates BAFO
- Collaborate with CCG, BFC & Sales for contract negotiations and on selective deals face off with the customer
- Transfers contract responsibilities to delivery team detailing out the key agreed terms and customer expectations. This should be done along with Sales.
