Analyst Relations is a specialist arm of marketing that focuses on corporate strategy and elevating the HCL Brand in front of these technology analysts.
The objective is to support the business by building and maintaining positive, informed relationships between key industry analysts and HCL executives.
This is in order to drive positive preference for HCL with the critical influencer community.
Get mentioned in independent industry reports and be perceived as peer positive.
The AR team is hands-on and compact. We leverage and promote HCL globally to achieve our objective.
Working collaboratively and gaining a strong understanding of our business is critical.
The Sales AR manager, is expected to maintain and participate as a global member including engaging the sales leaders, help provide analyst insights during deal pursuits, develop a comprehensive engagement plan and then deliver on it.
The successful candidate will be inquisitive, delight in excelling and passionate about driving preference for HCL.
Job Responsibility & Weightage (%)
Help Sales teams to shortlist and prioritise accounts. 20%
To provide analyst insight and support to the sales team during client interactions. 35%
To enable the sales team to develop better propositions through inputs and interaction with the analyst firms. 25%
To identify and develop relationships with analyst firms. 20%
Preferred Skills:
- Experience of Interacting with senior executives and CxOs Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PPT and Excel Knowledge of the IT services sales cycle and issues faced by sales teams
- Experience of working under short turnaround times Disciplined and Deliver on time
- Proficient in English.

Travel: 10% in a year
