Position: Investigations Manager

Qualifications:

Essential: Graduation with experience in Fraud Management or Security.

Desirable: Certified Fraud Examiner(CFE) from ACFE, or Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) from ASIS International, or any other security industry certification.

Position Profile:

Areas of Primary Responsibility:

Fraud investigation, detection & Prevention

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Carry out investigations of internal and external frauds, thefts, and losses of company assets.

- Prepare investigation reports, identify root causes leading to instances of impropriety, use the results of investigative matters to Identify risk related issues and present lessons learned and recommendations to mitigate those risks.

- In coordination with other teams, compile evidences and help in preparation of Police complaints on such issues.

- Closely track cases of Advance Fee Hiring Scams, carry out initial investigations, prepare and lodge police complaints in coordination with other teams, and follow up cases with Police Cyber Crime Cells across all regions.

- Maintain data base and trackers on incidents, and prepare reports for higher management when required.

- When required, carry out Fraud Risk Assessments to identify areas specifically vulnerable to fraud, and actively engage with other stake holders to implement fraud monitoring and fraud preventive controls

Essential:

- Understand how fraud is committed and how it can be identified.

- Understand the underlying factors that motivate individuals to commit fraud.

- Interview suspects to obtain information and confessions.

- Write quality investigation reports.

- Understand the underlying factors that motivate individuals to commit fraud.
