Candidate Profile

- Strong accounting knowledge, preferably from IT/ITeS or Manufacturing industry.

- Should possess good collaborative, influencing, leadership and inter-personal skills.

- Ability to drive and support change management and new initiatives.

- Hands-on / Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.

JOB PROFILE

- Collaborate well with all levels of leadership to develop track, monitor and keep an eye on the business and provide pre-alerts to business and corporate.

- Maintain regular MIS and Financial Dashboards.

- Analyze, evaluate and provide feedback to Business Head on margin drivers, drainers and PIP (Profit Improvement Plan).

- Interaction with Business Heads – Vertical / Delivery Heads for preparation of business plans, forecasts and discuss variance analysis.

- Preparation of monthly financial statements at Business Segment / Vertical / Revenue Stream level and at Project level.

- Understand the Billing Process, revenue and cost drivers.

- Highlight exceptions to the business heads and understand reasons.

- Providing crucial decision making inputs to senior management for margin improvement.

- Prepare regular reports to business with key exceptions highlighted.

- Other analytical reports as per business requirements.
