Job Description:-
Key accountabilities include:
- Drive solutioning for complex deals involving multiple service lines and technical domains as part of RFI, RFP and informal deal processes, leading a cross functional team of tower experts drawn from their respective domains to drive alignment of solution deliverables to client objectives.
- Work collaboratively with clients, intermediaries and internal HCL technical experts to build high impact solutions. Drive structured deal making by providing consultation to key clients in defining or designing business processes, functions and organizational structures, as well as in researching, identifying and internally marketing enabling technologies based on customer requirements.
- Define solution vision and direction building on synergies and benefits across service lines and technologies
- Envision a transformation roadmap that aligns with the strategic and tactical direction of the client
- Drive the translation of complex business initiatives into innovative business-technology solutions and ensure consistency across traditional solution boundaries.
- Work with Business Stakeholders and Project Managers to understand inefficiencies in clients- existing business processes and applications and recommend solutions
- Provide expertise on commercially structuring deals so as to differentiate from the competition
- Guide clients on change management and risk management as part of the deal process
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in complex deal solutioning, and running structured deals with proven track record in complex delivery.
- Experience in leading complex, cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.
- Strong understanding of information systems from a holistic perspective; key technologies and limitations; and systems modeling and enterprise frameworks
- Strong leadership skills, decision making and problem solving abilities.
- Understanding of change management and its applicability to specific client situations.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at CXO levels.
- BS and/or MS in computer science or equivalent experience.
