HCL - Domain Consultant/Sr BA - Retail/CPG

Domain consultant / Sr Business Analyst with 6+ years’ experience in consulting services working with global organizations. Candidate should have worked in Retail / CPG consulting space thru one of the consulting organizations.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to do domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, CRPs, Transformation Roadmaps etc.) to Retail and CPG customers

- Develop domain led propositions on topics of prime concern for company’s global Retail & CPG clientele

Must Haves:

- Deep knowledge of the Retail & CPG end to end business value chain

- In Depth knowledge of Retail & CPG Business Processes and its dependencies

- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic

- Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up
