AT HCLTech, we are in a fast paced digitalization journey. You will be part of Digital Process Operations (DPO) Automation Team, responsible for providing intelligent/hyper automation solutions to end customers.
Our key offerings as are :
1. RPA - Consulting, Implementation, post implementation support around Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution landscape. We are value added reseller and system integration partners to the largest RPA vendors at global stage. These include- Automation Anywhere, UiPath, BluePrism, MS Power Platform.
2. Analytics- Consulting and Implementation around entire gamut of Analytics offerings viz. Data Visualization / Visual Analytics, Business Intelligence / Descriptive Analytics, Predictive Analytics / Forecasting & ML modeling and Prescriptive Analytics.
3. HCL IP's such as Exacto (AI/ML Solution) and Toscana (Workflow Solution)
4. Next Gen technology solutions that augment & supplement end to end digital transformation
Pre-Sales/Solution consultant shall be responsible for positioning and selling digital transformation solutions to HCLTech customers.
The ideal candidate should be hands on and possess understanding on intelligent/Hyper Automations solutions like RPA, BPM, Analytics, IDP etc. S/He would have a keen interest in other complementing technologies e.g. Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Pattern Recognition, Text Analytics etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engaging with sales/pre-sales team and supporting the RFx's by identifying the automation opportunities and designing the solutions, commercial proposals, demos and bid defense.
- Support the account management team in working on proactive proposals and demonstration of our solution stack to end customers
- Work closely with practice teams on upselling and cross selling automation ideas in existing customer base
Key Skills, Competencies and Knowledge :
- 10+ years of experience in transformation & automation domain
- Familiar with Business Processing Outsourcing services across verticals to lend a strategic & market perspective
- Experience in leading customer facing discussions and interfacing with business, IT, finance and legal teams of customer
- Experience in working in a cross-culture team with sensitivity
- Has ability to operate with limited level of direct supervision
- Demonstrates continuous learning mindset and eager to learn new technologies
