HCL - Deal Evaluation

Position: Deal Evaluation

Location: Noida

Profile:

- Responding to commercial section of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for IT outsourcing deals

- Create and review commercial construct of the said deals

- Preparing HCL and customer's business case

- Identify commercial risk involved and propose risk mitigation framework

- Work with other stakeholders like taxation, treasury, legal, controllers on deal related aspects

- Review the contract from commercial perspective

Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA

We can consider CA Freshers as well with strong article-ship experience.
