- Ability to handle critical situations

- Understand the business impact and define the workaround / solutions accordingly

- Analytical mindset - good in data and trend analysis.

- Capable of defining process and tracking execution

- Minimum 10+ year experience in Infra delivery

- Excellent in ITSM Process - ITIL certified

- Infra Operations experience - managing PRD environment / Admin experience

- Ability to manage critical situations

- Experience with pro-active problem management

- Knowledge on Infra technology experience

- Ready to work with 24x7 environments.

- BE with certifications in ITIL
