Position: Corporate Legal

Location: Noida

Experience Required: Min 4 years

Profile:

- Experience in handling corporate, labor law compliances, statutory filings, maintenance of records and registers, show cause notices, and inspections.

- Exposure to end-to-end litigations, such as Civil, Criminal, IPR, Employment etc.

- Experience in arbitration, consumer, debt recovery, company law board etc., liasioning with external law firms and attorneys, court appearances, drafting and preparing plaints, written statements, interlocutory applications, legal and demand notices, responses etc., and legal strategy.

- Proficiency in Drafting, Vetting, Reviewing & Negotiations - Master Service Agreements, NDAs, MoUs, Teaming and Partnerships agreement, Licensing Agreements, SoWs, Professional Services Agreements, Hardware/Software Purchase, Technology, Procurement, Marketing Contracts etc.

- Ability to formulate Policy Framework, legal strategies and HR manuals.

- Legal advisory, report preparations, presentations, MIS, inter department legal support experience.

- Experience in handling Trademark, Copyright, Patents registration process, enforcement, protection, and IP licensing issues.

Qualification: LLB/ LLM (From reputed Universities only)

- Exposure in IT industry is preferred.
