Job Description

The Compliance Head will provide leadership and direction for maintaining various internal and customer specific compliances & regulatory guidelines, tracking & reporting contractual obligations and implementing & tracking all information security related process controls across service delivery Operations.

The role will supports both Service Delivery Operations and DQA objectives and initiatives.

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate significant understanding of operational risk, compliance controls and Information security guidelines, necessary for any service operation framework and have experience of assessment along with experience in Infrastructure services.

Skills

Must have solid understanding of Infrastructure Service Delivery framework.

Must have fair understanding of Information Security, risk analysis, privacy, data protection & regulatory frameworks.

Understanding of ISO guidelines and EU
