Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end Compensation activities – from time to time, will be required to work on various activities related to Compensation bench-marking, Benefits definition and administration, variable pay administration.
Desired Profile:
- 4-9 Yrs of experience in Compensation & Benefits related activities in any domain.
- Prior experience working in a Compensation and Benefits function required.
- Exposure to benchmark studies, data analysis and presentation required.
- Networking, that enables easy access to market information, is a necessary skill.
- Working knowledge of laws that impact C&B is an advantage.
- Should be an MBA or equivalent in qualification from a good institute.
The candidate will be working on different domain/ across industries.
