Job Profile:  - The role of a Communication Lead at HCL requires a motivated professional with the ability to develop communication and creative brand solutions.   - The candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to think strategically and deliver high quality messages and content, in an attractive format, to a diverse range of stakeholders.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Develop, execute and evaluate comprehensive communications, marketing and online strategies, including manage social media outreach  - To be responsible for managing all brand communications through digital channels, setting up, selling and executing a vision, from delivering stand-alone projects to integrated campaigns, developing brand presence, tracking online footfalls   - Develop and manage distribution of internal communications via multiple channels including Intranet, presentations, and direct mail.  - Take the lead on handling changed management and adoption campaigns, proactively planning communications around these campaigns  - Project manage campaigns & communications to support key business initiatives, working to ensure that all activities are targeted to key audiences and leveraged across multiple channels where appropriate  - Experience in implementation of a new intranet / internal web site is a plus.  - Ensure that all communication materials adhere to the HCL brand guidelines. Work closely with the Marketing and Corporate Communication team to ensure that the communications align with overall marketing and communications strategy and objectives.  - Create, monitor and update content on the social media platforms  - Coordinate for raw data, create and be accountable for the production of different collaterals and to ensure that the key messages are effectively communicated to the target segments  - Identify brand-building areas and create a plan on how to build our brand recognition, including on how to increase brand awareness within newly identified market segments/target audiences   - Select appropriate vendors for events, appropriate venues for events and identify appropriate target audience for all processes  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   - Excellent written and oral communications skills with good proofreading & copy editing abilities  - Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, with direct involvement in projects on digital and social media  - An intuitive understanding and focus on the story and content creation. High attention to detail and focus on quality output necessary  - High degree of business acumen. Ability of interface with all levels of the organization, including the leadership team.  - Strong time management skills and remain flexible in order to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines  - Ability to provide creative input to projects  - Exceptional desktop publishing experience in creating spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations   - Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interface with multiple audiences  - Ability to assess and select appropriate communications routes for different messages and audiences  - Commitment to excellence and accuracy, with an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment  - Successful track record of creating and executing a brand & communications strategy and delivering results on the same.  - Good analytical and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated detailed problem solving skills.  - Ability to exercise judgment, take initiative and work with various levels of employees.  - Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment; ability to influence and build consensus.  Education and Experience:   - Ideally, 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing and communications/PR.  - An MBA or Management degree (with relevant experience in a creative industry is a bonus); advanced degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field is a plus  - Basic Graphic Design experience, an added bonus.
