We are looking for an Internal Account Manager (AM) who can add value to the stakeholders’ marketing activities by delivering highly impactful, well-managed, measurable campaigns and marketing collaterals. This would be achieved through relationship excellence and sales excellence practices where the customer views the AM as a trusted advisor.

- Candidate will be responsible for client satisfaction, account revenue growth, engagement leadership and overall relationship value.
- To excel in this role, he/she will need to have a creative mindset, consistency, diligence, communication, knowledge of latest trends in ATL & BTL activities and acute sharpness.
Job Role:
- To communicate tangible value of a technology product & attached services through various communication collaterals
- To develop creative concepts, highly organized communication plans, consistent follow-up correspondence and ongoing support to clients
- Expected to have robust project management as an individual and part of a tenacious team
- Due diligence before taking on any new work, and complete responsibility of effectively communicating, structuring, delegating, and scaling key concepts
- Passionate about operational and service excellence, building and leading teams in a collaborative environment, and willingness to work with the next generation of social media product
- Ability to lead in the interactive space and deal with remote, cross functional teams
- Ability to take initiative to drive results quickly
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media, along with the dynamics of digital and interactive
- Deep interest in social media technologies and social business strategy
- Superior written and oral communication skills with a high comfort level during client meetings and team discussions
- Strong coordination skills, 'out of the box' thinking, analytical and logical reasoning, handling pressure from multiple tasks, self-motivated
Experience:
- MBA/PGDBM/ or PG in Mass Communication with at least 5-7 years’ experience of account management/ client servicing in an advertising agency, or working in a Brand management/ Marketing management/ Marketing communications role with external agencies.
