HCL - Client Service Manager

- Managing the overall success of client implementations including transition to customer support and ensuring client satisfaction

- Managing the functional resources assigned to the client project(s) including project staffing, career counseling and career growth

- To participate in the contracting process with new clients

- Monitor the Statement of Work for all project tracks, enabling them to effectively lead delivery, SLA’s and provide general project support

- Working with staff throughout Slocum & its client partners in a matrix leadership role to ensure overall engagement objectives are met.

- Expectation to be at the client’s site an average of 10% to 25% of the time.

- Some travel between the Slocum offices will also be expected for those team members working with cross-
located project teams, or for Management related meetings.
